Open Doors Open Hearts

Kids

Click the link below to see how we put two kids clothes into one closet and it became more organized than when we had two closets for them!

You can watch a YouTube video where I give this closet a 1 year update and check in on how it's doing.

Before

This is what the closet looked like before we redesigned it into what it is now. Such a HUGE difference!

Divide the Closet Evenly – Closet System

We put the closet system tower in the middle of the closet and then gave the girls each their own side.

Utilize Baskets

While the closet system created the foundation for the organization of a kids closet it isn’t able to do it all. So we added baskets.

Add a Step Stool

We added a step stool for the obvious reason. Our girls are too short to reach the bottom shelf from the floor.

Add Fun Inspiration

If I had a letter board in my closet I might walk in feeling down, but I’d walk out feeling more confident. This is something I desire very deeply for my precious babies.

Over on the blog I have more details and ideas. Click the link below and go check out my tips for a shared closet makeover.
