Everyday Items

I have some decor that is strictly decor. But most of the items that I use for decor in our kitchen are things we use regularly.

Calm Earthy Colors

This is such a small thing but has such a HUGE impact. By switching out the color of tea towels I can completely change the feeling the kitchen evokes.

Dried Herbs

The girls and I finished reading “The Little House In The Big Woods” and in the Fall Ma would have the entire home full of dried/drying herbs as she prepared for Winter.

Mums & Pumpkins

This is where I start to get a little more into decor than function. I have baked and pureed pumpkins in the past, but the mums are just because they are pretty

Vintage Items

I touched on this already, but I love decorating with vintage items. Some of the items I use regularly and some are just for decor. But all are beautiful!
