Over on the blog I share a free printable ideal day template for you to use to create your ideal day.
This is a big deal for me and honestly, it helps me have a much more positive attitude throughout the day when things don't go as planned. Quiet time.
I recently learned that starting your day off thinking about the things you're grateful for has actual research-based positive benefits.
You can find apps that track how much time you're spending on social media, but I just took my blank ideal day and wrote down how I spent my time one day.
I like to do this because it helps me feel at peace when I wake up, but then again when I go to sleep.
