Turn a tea towel into a curtain by folding the top over onto itself and adding curtain clips.
Then grab a tension rod and string the clips on the tension rod and hang it in the window.
Measure the window and cut the fabric to the right size. Make sure you add 3-4 inches to your measurements for the hem.
After you cut the fabric to size take one edge and fold it over 1/2''-3/4'' and iron to create a crease. Then repeat this process so you have 2 folds, on each other.
Next, cut your hem tape to the length of the panel and tuck it under your second fold. Then use the iron and melt the hem tape so it creates a hem with a straight edge.
Repeat this for all 4 sides, then fold the top over 3-4''. At this point, you could use the hem tape to make it permanent or you could just add the curtain clips.
To protect our window from drilling holes we used a tension rod and clear plastic adhesive hooks that you can hardly notice unless you're looking for it.
