Garage Sale Finds: Decorate on a Budget

Decorating your home with garage sale finds is the most affordable way to decorate! For the full article on how I shop and style garage sales click the link below.

You can watch the video where I share my recent garage sale haul and then style it in our home. Just click the link below.

Pitcher

Pitchers are beautiful for holding flowers from the garden, but we needed a pitcher for iced tea and lemonade. This one was only $2.from a garage sale.

Wooden Bowl

Wooden bowls are perfect for home decor. I actually have 2 that I regularly use. But this bowl is going to be used to hole produce in the dining room. It was only $0.50!!

Artwork

This is a simple landscape picture of the countryside and I was able to get it for $2 at a pre-garage sale! I've only ever got one other picture for cheaper!

Wood Furniture

This dining room chair is the start of my mismatched chairs for a cottage look. The sticker said $10, but I asked for her lowest price and walked away with it for $7!

Platter

I've been looking for cute platters and plates to hang on the wall (and hopefully a plate rack someday) and I was able to get this Pfaltzgraff one for $3. I found it online for $13.

Baskets

All baskets are beautiful for the European farmhouse style, so I grabbed these wicker laundry baskets for $3.50 a piece!! Best prices I've seen for baskets this size.
